Electrocomponents announces that Simon Boddie (Group Finance Director) yesterday exercised all the options granted to him in June 2010, in accordance with the rules of the Scheme as set out below:

Mr Boddie has retained all of these shares.

Following this transaction, Simon Boddie has an interest in a total of 262,729 Shares representing less than 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
