Appointment of interim Senior Non-Executive Director
The Board confirms that, having completed nine years as a Non-Executive Director, Rupert Soames will today step down from the Board. The search for a successor is proceeding well. In the meantime, John Pattullo will take on the position of Senior Independent Director in addition to his responsibilities as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
