The Company was informed on 5 March 2010 that, on 5 March 2010, Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.25 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Philpot has a beneficial interest in 2,752,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.4 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
