Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed on 13 January 2011 of the following purchases of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.25 pence ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors on 13 January 2011:
Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.75 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 2,902,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.45 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
Chris Batterham, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.60 pence per share and 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.75 pence per share following which he has a beneficial interest in 750,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.38 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
