The Company has been informed that Chris Batterham, Non-executive Chairman, has bought 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company on 03 January 2013 at a price of 14.125p per share. Chris Batterham now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 950,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.45% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
