7 December 2010 Independent Resources plc (the 'Company') Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 7th December 2010 that Alan Thomas, Non Executive Director, purchased 20,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at 42 pence per share on 7th December 2010.

Following this purchase, Alan Thomas is interested in 69,667 of the Company's ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.152 % per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
