DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company was notified on 17 August 2012 that, as part of a reorganisation of family shareholdings in the Company, Tim James, a Director of the Company, and his wife Janine, purchased 167,433 and 167,500 ordinary shares in the Company respectively at 8.5 pence per share on 17th August 2012.
Following these purchases, Tim James is interested in 501,424 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
