Ebiquity plc, the leading independent marketing analytics specialist, today announces that Andrew Beach, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to resign to take up the position of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") at ITE Group plc. He joined Ebiquity in 2007 and has served as CFO since 2008, taking responsibility for Operations/IT in 2014.
Andrew will remain at Ebiquity until an orderly transition has been completed, no later than the end of December 2016. The Board has commenced a process to appoint his successor.
Michael Higgins, Ebiquity's Chairman, said:
