Grant of Share Options
ECO Animal Health Group plc
(“ECO” or the “Company”)
The Company announces that on 23 October 2018, the Board granted new options to certain PDMRs of the Company under the Company’s executive share option scheme (“New Options”). The New Options will vest on 23th October 2021 (subject to continued employment) and have been granted as follows:
