Transaction in own shares
e2v technologies plc (the Company) announces that it has purchased on 09 September 2015, through Investec Bank plc, 210,000 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each at an average price of 245 pence per share. The highest price paid was 245 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 245 pence per share.
The shares will be held as treasury shares and used to meet options under the Company's Share and Long Term Incentive Plans.
Following the above purchase, the Company now holds 812,037 shares in treasury. Excluding the 812,037 shares held in treasury, the Company now has 218,496,426 ordinary shares in issue.
