e2v technologies plc today announces that non-executive director and Chair of the Board's Remuneration Committee, Dr Krishnamurthy (Raj) Rajagopal, has decided to step down from the Board for reasons of ill-health.
Alison Wood, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Neil Johnson, Chairman of e2v technologies, said:
"Raj has been an invaluable member of the Board over the past six years and has served shareholders' interests resolutely. On behalf of all of the Board, I would like to thank Raj for his advice, commitment and contribution to the business, and wish him well for the future".
