The following awards of ordinary shares have been made on 7 August 2014 under the Company's 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') to Stephen Blair and Charles Hindson, as Directors of the Company:

Stephen Blair: 212,418 shares
Charles Hindson: 156,318 shares
Additional Award:
Stephen Blair: 53,104 shares
Charles Hindson: 39,079 shares
The total holdings of unvested share awards held by Stephen Blair and Charles Hindson following this grant is as follows, excluding bonus payment deferred shares and Save As You Earn options:
Stephen Blair 771,888 shares (including CEO SIP)
Charles Hindson 561,648 shares
Charles Hindson also holds 321,543 vested share options under the 2010 tranche 2 LTIP that matured on 3 August 2014.
