Additional Listings Announcement and Trading Plan Creation

Further to the announcement of 16 November 2010 regarding e2v technologies plc ("e2v") purchase of Ordinary Shares to be placed into treasury to satisfy a proportion of the allocation of shares under the e2v Long Term Incentive Plans, it is now intended that the shares held in treasury may also be used to satisfy exercises under e2v's Save As You Earn Schemes (SAYE schemes).

e2v also announces today that application has been made for the admission of 250,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in e2v to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued pursuant to the exercise before maturity of options granted under the SAYE scheme, including options granted in 2010 and 2011.

These shares will rank pari passu with e2v's existing issued ordinary shares.

e2v has also applied for a further separate block listing of 3,500,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in e2v to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued pursuant to exercise of options granted in 2009 under the SAYE scheme (the 2009 options)

These shares will rank pari passu with the e2v's existing issued ordinary shares.

In relation to the 2009 options, e2v has entered into an irrevocable and non discretionary arrangement (the Trading Plan) with its broker, Investec Bank plc ("Investec") for the use of employees participating in this scheme. Under the Trading Plan a participant may instruct Investec to sell within certain pre-set parameters, on behalf of the participant the shares issued to that participant on exercise of their 2009 options, during the period commencing on 6 November 2012 and expiring on 14 November 2012. No amendments will be made to this Trading Plan during a prohibited period.
