DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, announces that on 25 November 2021 Lloyd Dunn, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 529,801 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 18.18 pence. Following the above transaction, Lloyd Dunn has a total beneficial holding of 62,791,594 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, Paul Ibbetson, Managing Director DX Freight, purchased a total of 109,970 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 18.18 pence. Following the above transaction, Paul Ibbetson has a total beneficial holding of 489,042 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
