Director Share Purchase
DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure, courier and logistics services, announces that on 28 September 2020 Ian Gray, Non-executive Director, purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 17.00 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, Reica Gray and Katie Gray, Persons Closely Associated ("PCA") with Ian, each purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 17.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, Ian Gray and his PCA have a total beneficial holding of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
