DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure, courier and logistics services, announces that on 4 June 2020, Ronald Series, Executive Chairman, purchased a total of 140,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 12.44 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Ronald Series has a total beneficial holding of 1,955,294 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
