Director / PDMR shareholdings
Further to the announcement earlier today regarding the current level of acceptances from Modern Water plc ("Modern Water") shareholders and the allotment of shares relating to acceptances received in the last week, as a result of acceptance by Gerard Brandon and Dr Nigel Burton ("the Directors"), in respect of their holdings in Modern Water, of the share offer by DeepVerge for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Modern Water, the Company has issued new Ordinary Shares totalling 3,200,000 to the Directors. Gerard Brandon has been issued 2,000,000 new Ordinary Shares and Dr Nigel Burton issued 1,200,000 new Ordinary Shares. These shares are included in the allotment figure of 9,612,946 announced earlier today which are expected to be admitted to trading on or around 23 November 2020.
Following these allotments the shareholdings are as follows:

The Company's total issued share capital, following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares will be 165,877,296. As the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission.
