Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development plc,a leading investor in the real estate sector in Ukraine, announces that Nikolay Artemenko has joined the board as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Artemenko, aged 36, is based in Russia and brings extensive real estate experience to the Board of the Company. Mr. Artemenko is currently CEO of RosEuroDevelopment, a Russian real estate company focused on the development of commercial property. RosEuroDevelopment is part of the RosEuroGroup, with other shareholders in RosEuroDevelopment including Citibank.

Mr. Artemenko joined RosEuroDevelopment in 2009 and prior to that he was Vice President of the National Logistic Company for four years and at Merlion, which is one of the largest IT corporations in the Russian market, first as its CFO and later as CEO.

Mr. Artemenko holds a Master of Science degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (state university).
