Purchase and Cancellation of Deferred Shares

The Company is pleased to confirm that, in accordance with the rights set out in its articles of association, all outstanding Deferred Shares (in relation to the C Share Single Dividend) created as a result of the recent Return of Cash, have been purchased (for an aggregate consideration of one penny) by the Company and subsequently cancelled. Information relating to such purchase and cancellation was detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 22 September 2010 (the "Circular").

Following the purchase of the Deferred Shares by the Company, the Deferred Shares were immediately cancelled and as such there are no longer any Deferred Shares in issue.

The purchase and cancellation of the Deferred Shares has no impact on the Ordinary Shares in issue.

All defined terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the Circular.
