Circular relating to proposed Return of Cash

Further to the announcement made yesterday the Company confirms that the circular relating to the Company's proposed return of cash, including notice of the general meeting of shareholders to be held on 8 October 2010, has been posted to shareholders. A copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
