Block Listing Application
A block listing application has been made for 88,481 Ordinary Shares of 12 48/143p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The admission is expected to be effective on 25 April 2023.
The block listing application relates to New Ordinary Shares to be issued from time to time to satisfy the allotment of shares pursuant to the Group's Long Term Incentive Plan and the Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme.
