Notification of resignation of a Director

Densitron Technologies plc announces that Mr Greg Hayes has resigned from his role as a Director of the Company for personal reasons with immediate effect. He remains committed to the Group and will continue in his position as President of the Group's US subsidiary and as a key member of the Group's senior management team. He will also focus on the development and leadership of key strategic programs which will enhance the growth of the Group going forward.
