Publication of a circular
Drum Income Plus REIT plc (the "Company") has today published and sent to shareholders a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the proposed acquisition of a property forming of an industrial estate situated at Burnside Industrial Centre, Dyce, Aberdeen (the "Burnside Property") from Drum Commercial Asset Investments Limited (the "Proposed Acquisition").
The Proposed Acquisition is subject to shareholder approval as the Burnside Property is currently owned by a related party of the Company, accordingly, the Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting of the Company which is to be held at 10 a.m. on 8 August 2016 at 16 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4DF.
Copies of the circular, including the notice of general meeting will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
