Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Cheryl Jones, Chairman, today purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 7p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Cheryl Jones holds 4,825,000 ordinary shares in Dods representing approximately 1.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
