Amended Constitution

Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK, LSE: DNK, Danakali or the Company) advises an amended constitution was adopted by the Company following receipt of shareholder approval by special resolution at the Annual General Meeting held on 15 July 2020.

The new constitution is available for download from the Company's website at:

The new constitution has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
