DORIC NIMROD AIR TWO LIMITED (the "Company") 

DIRECTORATE CHANGE - APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

In accordance with Rule 9.6.11(1) of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that Norbert Bannon and Charles Wilkinson have each appointed John Le Prevost as his alternate director for Board meetings with effect from 6 September 2012, so long as Mr Le Prevost is not acting as an alternate director on behalf of any other director of the Company at the same Board meeting. Each respective appointment shall remain valid until revoked by either Mr Bannon or Mr Wilkinson as appropriate or Mr Le Prevost, or Mr Bannon or Mr Wilkinson ceases to be a director of the Company. 

Mr Le Prevost is the Chief Executive Officer of Anson Group Limited and Chairman of its two operating subsidiaries Anson Fund Managers Limited (the Company's Administrator and Secretary) and Anson Registrars Limited (the Company's Registrar). He has spent 30 years working in offshore trusts and investment business and is a director of a number of companies associated with Anson Group's business. He is resident in Guernsey.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, the Company confirms that Mr Le Prevost holds or has held directorships of the following public quoted company within the last five years:-
