West Derby Project Development Update
Dukemount Capital plc, the property management and long dated income provider is pleased to announce that the demolition of the West Derby property in the North West of England is complete and the build-out of the new structure has commenced.
The new building at the West Derby project will contain 3,200 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 17 specially developed apartments spread over 3 floors.
