Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), the US based gas and oil producer, announces that it has been notified that Bryan K. Berry, the Company's Vice President of Finance, on 16 October 2018 purchased 67,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of $1.3874 per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Bryan K. Berry is interested in a total of 67,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and has share options over a further 750,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% of the total issued share capital.
