Deltex Medical Group PLC19 May 2006 Deltex Medical Group plc Directors' Shareholdings Grant of EMI Share Options 19 May 2006: Deltex Medical Group plc ("the Company"), the AIM listedhaemodynamic monitoring company, announces that the Board has today approved theissue of share options to Andy Hill, Chief Executive and Ewan Phillips, FinanceDirector under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMIScheme"). This scheme allows the directors concerned to sacrifice theirentitlement to cash bonuses in return for share options at the nominal value of1p per share.
