Deltex Medical Group PLC23 November 2006 The following replaces the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement releasedtoday at 15:05 under RNS number 6180M. The previous announcement excluded thedate that dealings are expected to commence. Dealings are expected to commenceon 29 November 2006 . Deltex Medical Group plc Directors' Shareholdings Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the UK's leadinghaemodynamic monitoring company, announces that it has today issued a total of369,812 new ordinary shares in the Company to certain non-executive directorsand certain advisors to the Company at a price of 18.50 pence per share. The five non-executive directors named below have elected to take shares in lieuof a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company. Inaddition certain of the Company's advisors have elected to take shares in lieuof cash payment for their services to the Company. Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company and dealings are expected to commence on 29 November 2006.Following the issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 80,057,125ordinary shares in issue.
