Non-Executive Directors' Shareholdings

Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that it has today issued a total of 618,334 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to non-executive directors of the Company at a price of 11.50 pence per share.
The four non-executive directors named below have elected to take shares in lieu of a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company for the period 1 April 2009 to 31 December 2009.
In addition to the above, the Company also announces that it has today issued a total of 93,333 New Ordinary Shares to a certain adviser of the Company at a price of 11.25 pence per share.
Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 5 January 2010. Following the issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 125,330,640 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
