4D pharma Announces Result of General Meeting
Leeds, UK - January 16, 2023 - 4D pharma plc (AIM: DDDD) (in administration), a pharmaceutical company leading the development of Live Biotherapeutic products (LBPs), a novel class of drug derived from the microbiome, announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.
The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the meeting, which was posted to shareholders on 30 December 2022, and is available on the Company's website www.4dpharmaplc.com.
