DCD Media plc ("DCD" or the "Company")

Director Shareholding

DCD was informed on 12 September 2008 that David Elstein, Chairman of the Company, acquired, on 11 September 2008, a further 1,037,759 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in DCD ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 24 pence per share. Mr Elstein is now the beneficial owner of 3,349,309 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.3 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
