DCD Media plc ("DCD" or the "Company")

Director Shareholding

DCD was informed on 16 May 2008 that David Elstein, Chairman of the Company, acquired 750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in DCD ("Ordinary Shares") on this day, at a price of 31 pence per share. Mr Elstein is now the beneficial owner of 1,611,550 ordinary shares, representing 3.03 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
