In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2, Dixons Carphone plc (the "Company") announces the following share transaction undertaken by a director:

Lord Livingston of Parkhead bought 15,236 shares at £3.257 per share. Lord Livingston now holds 15,236 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0013% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is made on 1 July 2016 in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4.
