D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4), the AIM-listed data solutions provider (the "Company"), announces that Bill Bruno, Chief Executive Officer, and Ash Mehta, Chief Financial Officer of the Company have both today acquired ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Bill Bruno has purchased 13,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 285.00 pence per share, and Ash Mehta has purchased 17,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 286.61 pence per share. Following this purchase Bill Bruno's holding amounts to 13,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, and Ash Mehta's holding amounts to 71,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
