D4t4 Solutions Plc announces that today, the Company received notification from Peter Simmonds, Non- Executive Chairman, that on 27 June 2018 he bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 142 pence per Ordinary Shares for the benefit of his self-invested personal pension (SIPP).
Following the above transaction, Mr Simmond's total beneficial holding is 311,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.82% of the Company's total voting rights.
