IS Solutions Plc ("IS Solutions" or "the Company") announces that it has been notified of an acquisition of shares in the Company as follows. On 27 October 2009, Michael Tinling, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 35,000 shares in IS Solutions at 20p per share.
Following this transaction, Michael Tinling now has a beneficial interest in 344,659 shares in IS Solutions, representing 1.39 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
