Announcement under Rule 2.9
In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Countrywide confirms that as at the date of this announcement, it has 32,763,019 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue, excluding treasury shares.
This corrects the number disclosed in the announcement of 24 February 2020 (which stated that Countrywide had 32,826,068 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue, excluding treasury shares as at the close of business on 21 February 2020).
