Cablevisión Holding S.A. Makes Prepayment on Loan

On 13 May 2019, Cablevision Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it had made a partial prepayment of USD29,206,237.53 under the USD750,000,000 Loan with Citibank, N.A, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Dubai (DIFC) Branch and Itaú Unibanco S.A. Nassau Branch, pursuant to Sections 2.10(b) and 2.11(a), which provide that any collection of dividends by the Company must be applied to the prepayment of the Loan.

As of 13 May 2019, the outstanding principal amount of the Loan is of USD188,098,575.36
