Cavanagh Group PLC10 January 2008 CAVANAGH GROUP plc 10 JANUARY 2008 BOARD CHANGES AND TRADING UPDATE The Board of Cavanagh Group plc ("Cavanagh") announces that John Campbell hasdecided to stand down as Chairman and director in order to concentrate on hisother business interests. This comes at a time of increased activity for John inother areas and at a time when he feels Cavanagh is well poised to takeadvantage of its current position. The Board wishes to express its thanks toJohn for the guidance and industry knowledge which it has benefited from sinceCavanagh was admitted to AIM in October 2001, and would like to take theopportunity to wish John well in his other interests. Paul Sinnett has accepted the Board's request that he steps up to become ActingChairman with immediate effect. Paul, a Chartered Accountant, has been anon-executive director since September 2001 and has been Chairman of the AuditCommittee for a number of years. Paul has also been actively involved inCavanagh's strategy during the last 6 years and will naturally continue to doso. The Board is also pleased to announce that it expects Cavanagh's results for theyear ended 31 December 2007 to be in line with expectations and that theintegration of JRG Financial Consultancy Limited, acquired on 28 November 2007,is proceeding according to plan. It is expected that the preliminary resultswill be released in March 2008.
