Charles Taylor plc ("the Company") Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights The Company announces that further to the announcement of the acquisition ofKLA Holdings Limited and its subsidiary Knowles Loss Adjusters Limited on 15May 2014, the 633,393 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company that wereallotted on 15 May 2014 as consideration shares have today been admitted to theOfficial List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the LondonStock Exchange on its main market for listed securities. Therefore, the Company has 42,729,126 Ordinary Shares in issue with votingrights. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury, therefore thetotal of 42,729,126 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Companyas the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if theyare required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theCompany under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
