Charles Taylor plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company announces that on 30 April 2014, the following Executive Directorsand former director received nil cost performance share awards over ordinaryshares of 1p each in the Company ("shares") pursuant to the awards made on 27April 2011 under the Charles Taylor Long Term Incentive Plan 2007 (LTIP), whichvested in full on 27 April 2014.
