Charles Taylor plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding Grant of share awards The Company announces that on 11 March 2016, the following directors weregranted nil cost performance share awards over ordinary shares of 1p each inthe Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the Charles Taylor Long Term Incentive Plan2007 (the "LTIP"). Director: Number of shares: David Marock 112,806 Damian Ely 46,525 Joe Roach 57,138 Mark Keogh 49,603 The number of LTIP Shares which vest will depend upon the extent to which theperformance conditions are met, consistent with the rules of the LTIP, over thethree-year period ending 31 December 2018. The Company further announces that the following directors were granted nilcost share awards over Shares, pursuant to the Charles Taylor Deferred AnnualBonus Plan (the "DABP").
