Charles Taylor plc (the "Company") Director PDMR Shareholding Vesting of share awards and Director purchase of shares The Company announces that on 13 May 2015, the following Executive Director andPDMR's received nil cost ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("shares")on the maturity of a third each of their deferred annual bonus share awards for2011 and 2012. Herequested that the Trustee sell 4,928 shares to cover his tax and NIliabilities and dealing costs and requested that the Trustee transfer thebalance of 5,514 shares into his name. The shares that were sold were sold at 230p per share.
