Charles Taylor plc announces that it has been advised by David Watson, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that he acquired 299 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 12 May 2015 at 246.3p per share as a dividend reinvestment.
Following this announcement Mr Watson and his connected persons hold a total of 14,584 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.
