Charles Taylor plc (the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding Exercise of Sharesave Award The Company announces that today, 3rd December 2014, David Marock, Group ChiefExecutive Officer, exercised an option over 8,146 ordinary shares of 1p each inthe Company ("Shares") at £1.1048 per share under The Charles Taylor ConsultingSharesave Scheme 2007. Following this announcement David Marockand his connected persons hold a totalof 462,328 Shares equivalent to 1.07% of the total voting rights of theCompany. The Company also announces that today, 3rd December 2014, Jeremy Grose, a PDMRof the Company, also exercised an option over 8,146 ordinary shares of 1p eachin the Company ("Shares") at £1.1048 per share under The Charles TaylorConsulting Sharesave Scheme 2007. Following this announcement Jeremy Grose and his connected persons hold a totalof 9,107 Shares equivalent to 0.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.
