10 June 2008 - The Board of Redstone plc announces with immediate effect the resignation of non-executive Director Gerard Spencer.
Alan Coppin, Chairman, Redstone, commented, "Having assisted Redstone to successfully transform from a small Telco into a leading ICT and Services provider, and following the announcement of record results, Gerard Spencer has decided to step down. His help over the past couple of years has been invaluable, and the Board would like to thank him for the contribution he has made."
