Castleton (AIM: CTP), the software and managed services provider to the public and not-for-profit sectors, announces that on 6 March 2017 MXC Capital Limited, of which Ian Smith, Executive Deputy Chairman, is a substantial shareholder, purchased 566,875 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 58.12 pence per Ordinary Share.
MXC Capital Limited now holds 20,021,211 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
