Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that on 7th December 2018, Gary Jackson, a PDMR of the Company, exercised an option over 10,322 ordinary shares of 10p each in Company ("Shares") under the TClarke Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme") at an exercise price of 69.75p per Share. He subsequently sold 10,322 Shares at 86.25p per Share on 7th December 2018.
The option exercised under the Scheme was granted on 8th October 2015 and was exercisable between 1st December 2018 and 31st May 2019.
